The Jannock Consulting Story

The creation of Jannock Consulting has allowed its founder to work in alignment with their personal values, providing quality deliverables and building  long standing relationships with both clients and candidates, hence the company name "Jannock".  It means genuine, honest and straight foward.

 

Jannock's founder has worked in the energy and resources industries since 1999 and has been executing executive search since 2007, she is passionate about sourcing the right individuals (technical and corporate) for heavy engineering cross the Asia Pacific Region including Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, China and Japan.  Clients include Operators, Service Providers, EPCM's and Consultancies across the oil & gas, mining, renewables, power generation, utilities, engineering, infrastructure and manufacturing areas.   With executive search roots developed at Downing Teal, Karen then started up a new executive search firm in Australia with a colleage in 2010 for a UK parent company. In 2013 she spent 3 months living in Houston, starting up a US division for them there, sourcing a Country Manager and establishing business development contacts in the region. Jannock Consulting was then established in 2016.  

 

Jannock values both client and candidate relationships and works in partnership with clients to meet company objectives.  Jannock will get to know your business and act as advocate and company representative.  Assignments can also be executed on a confidential basis if it is a sensitive position or situation.
