Executive Search (Retained)

Executive Search is a process, it does not exclusively target executive level individuals.  This process is often used for senior positions but also for difficult to source individuals with a unique skill set.  Indepth detailed research and mapping of competitor or similar companies is undertaken to find individuals that may hold the skills we are looking for.  They are approached through various means and assessed with behavioural and skills/experience interviewing.  Executive search uses industry networks and connections for recommendations and draws on a number of other resources such as conference attendee and speaker lists, boolean searches, association memberships, peer papers, annual reports, media articles and various forms of social and professional media platforms.

Candidates are taken through a detailed non-biased assessment processes enabling Jannock to identify that difficult to find person that meets the functional, behavioural and leadership expectations, particularly critical for small to mid sized companies or division leaders in larger companies.  At the end of the executive search process, only the very best 3 or 4 candidates are presented for consideration, this reduces opportunity cost of time that a company can spend on assessing hundreds of resumes that have responded to an advert.   A market intelligence report is provided from information gathered during the assignemnt providing information on competitor organisational structures, salaries, projects and challenges.  Once a company is working with Jannock on a retained basis, a no poaching policy applies.

Contingent Recruitment Process

A Contingent recruitment process is suitable for positions where behavioural and leadership assessment is not as critical. This process will only be executed on an exclusive basis (not in competition with agencies). Candidates are assessed for functional capabilities only and are presented on an 'as found' basis with no measurement or ranking against other candidates.
